Cancellation and Early Check-out Policy

RV, Tent and Shelters:
Reservations of 5 nights or less: Cancellations must be received 15 days or greater prior to your scheduled arrival date to receive a refund minus a $75.00 processing fee per site regardless of when the reservation was made. Cancellations 14 days or less from your scheduled arrival date will forfeit entire deposit. You can not move your reservation dates or subtract reserved days within 14 days of arrival. Deposits are due at time of reservation.
First deposit is Full Payment OR $250 (whichever is satisfied first). Final Deposit will be automatically charged 14 days prior to arrival date and is non-refundable at that point.

Reservations of 6 nights or more: Cancellations must be received 31 days or greater prior to your scheduled arrival date to receive a refund minus a $75.00 processing fee per site regardless of when the reservation was made. Cancellations 30 days or less from your scheduled arrival date will forfeit entire deposit. You can not move your reservation dates or subtract reserved days within 30 days of arrival.

B&B and Glamping Pod cancellation policy: Cancellations 31 days or greater prior to your scheduled arrival date to receive a refund minus a $75 processing fee per room/Glamping Pod regardless of when the reservation was made. Deposits are due at time of reservation. "No Shows" and early departures will be responsible for the total original reservation amount regardless of when the reservation was made.

Check In / Check Out

We use the time in between check out and check in to spruce up the sites. Early check-in's are not always possible.
After-hours check-in - If you arrive after our office closes you will find your map with detailed instructions located on the bulletin board outside the office. You will need to register and pay remaining balance the next morning. Call the office for further details 406-387-5280. Please also be respectful of other guests if arriving during quiet hours.

After-hours check-in - Please inform us of your late arrival as soon as possible so late check in instructions can be sent via email. Call the office for further details 406-387-5280. Please also be respectful of other guests if arriving during quiet hours.

No call/no shows -Your reservation will be canceled and you will be charged remaining balance.

EV Charging

EV charging is NOT allowed at RV/campsites
EV charging requires separate reservation in EV charging site,
Charging of EV vehicles without proper approval will result in guest being asked to leave without refund and $100 service fee charged to card on file.

Tow Policy

We ask that our customers be conscientious of their departure date and time. Violators will be towed promptly at 1 PM. In the case a tow truck is required the customer violating their departure date will be responsible for charges.
*This policy includes those who have chosen to move sites during stay.

Quiet Hours

Daily 10pm to 6am; please be respectful and mindful of your neighbors. Loud and unruly behavior will NOT be tolerated and if not followed you will be asked to leave without refund.

Campfire's

Our beautiful resort is nestled among mature trees that hold in smoke. The ONLY wood fire allowed is the communal fire pit and all wood is supplied by Moose Creek Resort. We lite the fire and supply the wood *
Wood fires at designated sites only (51-65). Failure to abide will result in removal from property with no refund and a $100 cleaning fee will be assessed. Join us 7pm nightly at the communal campfire (weather permitting) all you have to do is bring your S'mores, hotdogs and stories.

Propane fire pits are allowed at your site! Please feel free to bring your own or rent one from us.
*Charcoal is allowed at certain campsites with management approval under the condition that it is in a fire proof self contained apparatus. Coals should be completely extinguished and dumped in the dumpster or communal fire pit. Failure to do so will result in $100 cleaning fee.

Tent and Rug Policy

Tents and Rugs are NOT allowed on the grass. Not all sites can accommodate both RV and tent, please call 406-387-5280 so we can help you find a site that will best accommodate you. Please note tents are not allowed at shelters or glamping pods.

Pet Policy

We love our pet's and welcome yours. Please help them continue staying for free by cleaning up after them. Pets are NOT allowed in any building.
Pets are NOT allowed in playgrounds.
Pets must be on a leash at all times.
A dog park is provided to allow pets to run free.
Owners must pick up after pets. We have 2 pet waste disposal stations for your convenience.
Do not leave pets unattended in camper to bark all day.
Excessive barking will result in removal from campground with no refund.
Aggressive dogs are not allowed and if such behavior is reported you will be asked to leave with no refund.
Owners are responsible for their pet actions. Moose creek resort will not be held liable for dog behavior (attacks, barking, property destruction, etc.).
We are more than willing to recommend local pet boarding businesses if you feel your pet would be happier there.
Sorry pets are not allowed in the B&B, Glamping pods, or shelters
Guests found with pets or smoking in buildings will be asked to leave without refund and a $300 cleaning fee will be charged.

Wi-Fi

WiFi is complimentary and is NOT guaranteed at every site. Please Note: We are in rural Montana where everything moves a little slower. We have the fastest internet available in the Glacier area and unfortunately it still is not fast enough to stream. However, a number of factors impact its strength; including things like number of guests, weather conditions, trees, and even nearby RVs.

We ask that you be respectful and limit yourself to only checking your email and websites of area attractions. For those unable to connect at your site, there are several tables and chairs near our office where the signal is strongest.

Campground Rules

Each site is allowed 1 sleeping unit and 1 tow/towed vehicle.

Guests are responsible for the behavior of there children. All children under the age of 15 should be accompanied by an adult while in the laundry, restrooms, and gift shop. We also ask parents to supervise your children while at the play areas & while riding their bikes.

No pets or smoking allowed in the Bed & Breakfast, Glamping Pods, Shelters, Bathrooms, Showers, Laundry, Office/ Gift Shop.

5MPH SPEED LIMIT. We are a family resort, there are LOTS of children playing. Please help us keep them safe. Excessive speed will result in removal from property with no refund.

Parking pass MUST be visibly displayed in front window of vehicle or risk being towed at owners' expense.

Registered vehicles only in the camp.

Park only in designated parking spaces.

No parking on Grass.

Washing of vehicles & RV's is NOT allowed on resort property.

Absolutely NO fireworks.

Generators are NOT allowed.

Guest who's name is under reservation will be held liable for any property damage caused by self, member of party, or visitor. Incidental charges will be charged to card on file.

Possession of illicit/recreation drugs

The use or possession of illicit/recreational drugs is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN on Moose Creek Resort Property. Failure to abide by this rule will result in removal from property with no refund and possible legal prosecution.

Alcohol is ONLY allowed at your campsite or communal fire pit when children are not present.
Drunken behavior will NOT be tolerated and will result in removal of self & belongings from property with no refund and possible legal prosecution. If a tow is required; it will be at vehicle owners' expense plus a $30 service fee.

Guests receiving US mail must send packages to "Temporary General Delivery"
at the West Glacier Post Office (406) 888-5591. Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 4:15 PM, Closed Saturday & Sunday

Glacier National Park Vehicle Reservation Requirement Information

Moose Creek Resort is not responsible or affiliated with the Glacier National Park Vehicle reservation system requirement. Moose Creek Resort is located outside of Glacier National Park, reservations with us will not help you gain entry into Glacier National Park. Moose Creek Resort is not responsible for your ability to gain vehicle reservation requirement for entry into Glacier National Park nor will alter our cancellation policy due to your inability to gain entry.
